I do take a gallon jug! Two actually. One with water and the other with oil so I can rub it all over and watch my body glisten in the lights while I lift. It's so fekkin HAWT!

The problem came from sneaking the buttered popcorn out of the movies. Well, the real problem came when I realized with much horror and abeit pleasure, that the butter had salt in it. that stuff burns :)

That's sick Jay, you should know that the oil needs to be done in the locker room! And for pete's sake will you please wipe the bench off when your done!

Anyway I just push whoever's doing db curls in the mirror off to the side and do full poses, the gym gathers round and applauds, it's wonderfull....is that my alarm, shit.
