Hey Everyone,
I often have trouble falling asleep at night between the gym and work and everything I can never get to sleep sometimes I'm up for hours. Does anyone know any good over the counter sleeping pills I could get at like CVS or something? I've tried Melotonin but, it wasn't strong enough for me. I used to use Tylonol PM, any thoughts or suggestions would be great ! thanks!

if you were to ask me bro, i wouldnt even try pills as your options, i would really like to see what your daily schedule looks like, if your training late at nite then that might be your cause for not falling asleep right away because your still unwinding from your workout, you have to set a good routine, wake up at a specific time and try to keep your meals constant, it just sounds like your shocking your system thus confusing it.. but SleepEz works well, but your best bet would be to really look at your schedule and go from there, if you could give some details about your day, that would help alot.. cheers

Yeah I agree. I used to take Tylenol PM etc to help me sleep better... I slept MORE but not necessarily better. I still woke up feeling tired and groggy. I found that no matter what I have going on I try to stop everything and just relax for about a half hour now before I get into bed and its working. I wake up feeling more rested because I am relaxed when I get into bed and fall asleep quicker. Your mileage may vary.

REM is a GREAT product IMO.

It is sold by USP labs.

I don't pimp many products at all, well except the ones I sell lol

But I actually decided to give REM a try and LIKE it alot.

I "third" the advice to stay away from pills to assist with sleeping. I also tried dealing with my sleeping problems with various medications/supplements, but none of them worked any better than this: reading

Don't get me wrong--Historically, I've HATED reading.... Never did well in it during school. However, these days, I now enjoy reading novels during bedtime because they really help me relax and get drowsy very quickly. (When I get lazy with reading novels, I browse through magazines. However, I do notice that it takes a lot longer for me to get sleepy when reading magazines.)

Good luck.

I agree with seb man not exactly a good idea to rely on anything to helpp u sleep bc then it will become a crutch. You just need to wind down form the gym try taking a nice hot shower after the gym, or do something relaxing IMO.

if you are taking any fatloss pills or anykind of caffein either before, during or after training, you might want to reconsider that. I think because of you training then going to bed after that is a problem because your in the gym where its all exciting and you are very active so of course you wont want to go to sleep too soon after the gym.

I felt the same way. I used to sleep with the tv on, now that I shut it off it has made all of the difference.

I second the REM by USP. Is not a sleeping pill. It doesn't put me to sleep, it gives me restfull sleep. I feel rested even after sleeping 4-5 hrs.
