not if you need it....it is used as a form of athletic injury rehab not a training method....... and it hurts like hell especially sitting in it the way he did i bet he didn't sit in it long

I thought it was funny when this guy actually thought he was going to be able to play NFL football

the funny thing is ,,,he looks like shit .. lol i know hes not a pro bodybuilder so dont get me wrong but damn it looks like he did a few situps here and there...a few lat pulls....some bench and called it a day ; everyday ........ i bet some young guy is gonna see that and start doing the things he did in the video to get big and strong lol idk....<<just not a fan of wrestling or their athletes.... oh well

Brock was very thick, but in a square plug kind of way. I laughed when he made a Flex cover, as he looked quite out of place next to Triple H in such an endeavor. I remember they were running his little training montage nonstop before his Summerslam bout with the Rock.
All in all,I never really liked Lesnar. He had the personality of a cinderblock rolling down stairs, and his ring mind was just about the same. He relied on his size to shock and awe, because his wrestling ability wasn't much to look at. Ironic at that, since he was an NCAA champion. FYI, he was once quoted in Spots Illustrated in saying that professional wrestlers weren't athletes; they were actors that gave wrestling a bad name. Nice what money will do for you, huh?
Lesnar's NFL dreams tanked hard. He's since ditched his long-term girlfriend and young daughter to roll with 'Sable'. He's had a drag-out fight with McMahon over his initial default concerning his contract.(he ditched early to go for the NFL; Vince then levied a no compete claus against him that interfeared with his aspirations to wrestle in Japan.) He then entered into negotiations to return to the WWE, but apparently was too whiny(wanted WAY too much money; this coming from a defaulting walkout?)to cinch any kind of agreement. Seeing as how his match with Goldberg(&Austin as SR) was easily the worst bout of all time, I'm not sure why Vince would extend another opportunity to him.
Brock reminds me a lot of the Ultimate Warrior. He came in, made a huge impact, rose to the top, and threw it all away due to his own pride and selfishness. Brock's probably wrestling in some high school gym as well right now. Maybe he'll open up a "Lesnar University" though, just like Warrior(yeah, he legally changed his name to warrior )

onebigeric, thats some interesting info, i had no idea about any of this, i thought the video looked kind of cool and seemed intense, but didnt really see any hardcore heavy weight lifting stuff other than the log thing, but even ive picked up logs whenever i cut down trees at my house

but anyway, with the info you explained, he doesnt seem to be such an impressive person, personality sure goes a long way

all of what u said is true, but i still think his brute strength just made him an awesome wrestler, i mean did u ever see him pick up soe fatasses incluiding the big show like shit, i liked a lot, i would prefer watching big guys like him dish it out, instead of some smaller technical wrestler, except the high flying daredevils, like mysterio and others, they are pretty fun to watch.

here are some more clips of LESNAR to show his awesome strength.

He was definitely strong; I've never doubted said fact. Although being in "sports entertainment" requires mental acuity as well as physical prowess. When he throws out half-hearted lines such as, "I'm the fightingest(?) champion ever!"; makes me cringe a bit.

I'm sorry though MexicanMuscle, but I couldn't make it through the second video. The music was layered death; trash metal interposed over Linkin Park, couldn't he decide? The dialogue was also hilarious, but it was just too much.

An F-5 to the Big Show is impressive, but that superplex spot was just as ridiculous to see now as it was when I saw it on Smackdown. A superplex basically means that he being suplexed jumps, while the attacker guides him down; no great strength required. The collapsing ring was a little crazy, but about three seconds after it happened, the cheap pop that it was came to light to me.

Chris Jericho was doing the double powerbomb years before Lesnar even hit the scene, so that wasn't all that impressive to me; Y2J was doing it to Chris Benoit probably about the same time Brock was slandering pro wrestling in the pages of SI. Throwing around the Hardys is also pretty weak, kind of like the Great Khali killing cruiserweights. What's the point? Destroying smaller wrestlers is another cheap pop, as the size differences are usually ridiculous.

See the portion of the vid when he dropped A-Train on the back of his neck? The move that put Albert out for nearly a year? Very similar to WCW's Souled Out of '97, when another sloppy big man(Kevin Nash) dropped the Giant right onto the back of his neck during a failed jacknife powerbomb attempt. I'd fear Brock as well, namely working with him because he was dangerous and not too bright in the ring.

I apologize though; I've turned this into little more than a flame thread. Brock Lesnar was very strong, there's no doubting that. If he really did run down country roads with a log on his shoulder, that's pretty dang impressive to me. Climbing stairwells with heavy dumbbells was also pretty nuts. Although personally the whole tub of ice thing seemed a little off, but hey, to each his own.

Actually he's signed a contract to compete K1 as soon as his legality clauses with WWE and settlement suit is complete.

Hopes he's a tough as he is athletic and strong. K1 aint WWE. That stuffs real.

you make alot of good points man, the hardy stuff wasn't too impressive and well the big show superflex just looked real flashy, but his F-5's tp Rakishi, Mark Henry, Kane, and Albert are great, i know he wasn't very bright, but well it was entertaining watching him do some incredible stuff with ease, by the way i thought the albert mishap was funny as hell, albert imediately started holding his neck. oh and no need for apologies bro, we are only sharing our opinions, and besides we agree on most of it, just some little differences, it is always good carrying on a conversation with someone who knows what he is talking about!

Most definitely, MM

Brock's gimped shooting star press at Wrestlemania 19 is still one of the worst/craziest things I've ever seen. The fact that he was able to bounce back from that is a teastament to his durability for sure.
