Yesterday I saw that Joe Montana has put out a book on high blood pressure. Pax Beale also speaks to it in his book Body for the Ages. I have it. Is anyone else dealing with the silent killer and have you found any help? I am taking Lisinopril from the doc and have found that some days are better than others.
I appreciate any support and help out there.
Peace

Barbarian, thanks. I'm 59 and my brother had a massive heart attack and died at 59. My other brother has had 6 bypasses, so genetically I seem to be at risk, but all is well so far. I exercise and watch my nutrition. Don't like taking meds, but guess it is necessary.
My doc put me on lipitor and I really started having troubles remembering things. So I stopped taking it. Peace
