Im about to run dual monitors now, been wanting to do that for a while, right now I have an on board video card so for 30 bucks I think this is a great deal.

those kind of calipers are probably the most accurate out there, and yea they give you percentage duh lol. No they give you ratio

theyre cheap, I say get them.

they measure the skin folds, the calipers come with a chart and everything so you can get your bodyfat percentage, rather easy. Buy it already jeeze lol.

At school in the lab we used them to measure each other's bodyfat...it was a good excuse to touch girls
