Hi guys & gals I have come back home to BBD. Not alot has happened in my absence.
*Dropped to 235 1/2lbs from 240lbs.
*Arms 18 still (ok considering 4.5lbs drop in weight)

.
*Flat DB Press 125 pounders (only got the 135's to go and I'm out of DB's maybe by the end of next year???)
* I have actually seen Peanut and Chesticles about twice at the gym, more a reflexion of my varied training training times then thier slackness. loooool
*Got a veins through my Chest and right TRAP when doing the "most muscular"
............and thats about it apart from work crap which is as boring as the stuff I just typed

So how is everyone, any casualties or losses since my last visit????
