After he was clearly knocked out, the other guy jumps on his neck when his muscles are totally relaxed with his knee twice before they had to step in and stop it. Ok, hes out, you won. Jumping on his neck like that could have left him a quad or dead. Some people have no sense at all. That guy is one of the scums of our society.
