If you wanna talk about going to shit just look at franco. He did well for himself is a respected doctor and all, but if you look at him now you cannot even tell that he ever lifted a weight in his life, its insane.

We all get older but look at Bill Grant, he's like 61 now and looks better than 95% of the bodybuilders his age.
