yeah, i bet it will be different, i workout at home so i got a small room to, the YMCA by me is really cheap for a membership, but i have heard alot of ymcas suck
ya thats not to bad of a price,is XPLC a form of it, ya that sounds good too, I always use a bike or treadmill as the roads by me are bad and dont have any tracks close
how much is the stuff? and what do you mean interval, HIIT is is High Intesity Interval Training, so I have done that form of interval, but is there another way?
at the beaches i mainly skimboard, i do some surfing, but not too much. i actually wakeboard 99% of the time when im on the water, thats kind of my calling.
i really havent lost as much weight or bf% as i would like, in 3 months, only about 8 lbs and im on a pretty strict diet, but i have really seen some strength gains
pretty much just high intesity,alot of HIIT cardio, and i keep my rest periods to 20 seconds, with 12 reps for everything(lighter weight) im on a big cut right now
