Hej jay, you look pretty good bro, but could you next time post al the pic's in the same thread? This way We have to go to diffrent ones to respond and after some time they'll get shattered and we have no idea we're talking about the same person, and it's easier to compare them and see strong/weak points.

ok guys, I have a few pics that are about 2.5 weeks old. I plan to take some new ones at the end of my bulk in 2 more weeks, but these are me at 207lbs, up from 200 in the others. Let me know if you see any gains. Thanks!!
