Same comments as I posted in your other pics! :)
Just keep training hard. Keep bulking - you're on the right track and have a good base here! Nice work.

Jayc1 - Looks like you have some good lat development going there, and I can definitely tell you have some big triceps! Traps could use some more size, I suppose - barbell shrugs work really well for me.
Keep up the good work man! You look like you have some good size going on!

hey guys, thanks for the positive comments...yeah im hitting my back harder, and killing my traps. the triceps are ok i guess. right now im trying to get up to 220lbs before cutting (hopefully in time for summer). aibalia and ruel, you are both right, i always forget pullups at the start of my back routine, and need to work it in. i know i need to widen my back. i think it has some decent thickness to it, but definitely needs to be wider. ive been doing barbell rows and dumbell rows recently also, and a bunch of lat machines. thanks again guys for the feedback! will post some progress pics soon. those old pics i think i was about 203. im up to 212 now

don't forget creating a strong mind-muscle connection in your lats is really important with chinnys etc.

If you want better lats I think practicing your lat spread throughout the day will help. Everyday squeeze out your lat spread as hard as you can and hold it. Do it like a workout almost. This will give you a lot of control over your lats and I think helps make them get wider.

What does your back workout look like. Post the exercises, amount of weight used, number of sets, and how many reps.

The back pic isn't bad. Keep up the good work.

Yeah man I feel you - I frequently forget to do pullups at the beginning, then by the time I remember them I'm so tired that I can barely do 2-3 or so. I just started doing barbell rows, too, so I'm hoping that will help widen my back, too. I think I'm a little opposite of you - my traps are decently developed but my lats are lagging I think.
Keep up the good work though man, looking forward to seeing some updated pics.
