For you to take the piss if you want to...I don't care! I'm not after medals, not after "Halls of Fame", I just want to provide evidence improvements can be made despite odds stacked against the individual. You may have been training for years, you're probably half my age (or younger...sob!!), I want to show you grit, ****ing hard assed determination, willpower, whatever you wanna call it. Reached the edge of your training...? Bull****, you can try harder! I can try harder, you have the gift...I have the gift...

I'm really glad you decided to post these pics. You have nothing to be ashmed of. Those before pics are exactly that - before. What you have achieved in such a small frame of time is in my opinion truly awesome. 3 months between these shots and you had Xmas to contend with in the middle of it! :)

BRO THATS KICK ASS FOR 3 months! Thats some truley awesome work u should be proud of your hard work and what u accomplished for it. Set the bar as high as u want bro u can do it if u can make improvemnets like you have already, the hardest part is over u went from out of shape to definately in shape, skys the limit bro.

Thanks sooooooo much for your kind comments, it really does mean an awful lot to me. You've no idea how much I "didn't" want to post those pics. I have to thank Rocky from the bottom of my heart for this. I'm learning so much from him and the good folks of this forum. Big, big thanks.

It was inadvertantly before he signed up. He was in the background (by his own choice) of the "where do you train" thread pics of our current gym!
