Lol, thanks bro, but it's really no secret for me. Just being real careful about what I eat and when I eat it. Training real hard... no, f**king hard, keeping my cardio work elevated and getting plenty of rest inbetween. I don't bother weighing stuff out or counting each gram of protein etc, I just know that my daily fat intake is really low (except for EFA's at the weekend, love the fish!!), carb intake is medium/high during the day, but limited in the late afternoon/evening and my protein intake is quite high. Plenty of fluids too. And it's working very well for me. I'm losing body weight but gaining everywhere else.
I just might start to log my diet and see what people think.
