I'm trying like hell to bring my back up, barbell rows is my main thing love those, cutting back bigtime on arm training. Any comments or criticism is greatly appreciated becuase i want to improve. 20 year old.

Looking great GMC! Your waist is tiny and your arms/delts are definitely huge(as you suggested). Erector Spinae are looking thick. I think pull-ups and deadlifts do the trick for back.....Im sure you do them already, but just my suggestion.

Keep up the awesome work! More pics!!!!!!!!

Banshee :)

your shoulders and arms look great, and you're back is not actually that bad, I just think you should work on that width a little but you already knew that seeing you've already suggested to "get back to the pullups"...keep up the work

Pullups and deadlifts are great! Also try seated pully rows with a narrow V-grip. You'll feel it all over (and it'll help get you some width).

All I recommend is more back detail, but you're working on that.
