hey yall... i FINALLY figured how to post a damn picture online!! woo hoo!, anyways... i took this picture to remember what i looked like before i start track season (underway now) im 17 5'9 about 8% bf at 196 pounds when this phototwas taken. Please feel free to critique etc.. thanks guys!
