I'd say if you were looking for a focus area, I'd say your legs. They are pretty much nonexistent in all your pics, so i bet you need to work 'em harder.
kethnaab: I normally follow a high calorie / high carb diet. I will normally get 1.5 g protein per pound and 3 grams of carbs to each pound. Yea i've been working legs like a mad man b/c i know they are lacking.
