Gonna hit it pretty hard and heavy over the next 6 or so weeks, see what kind of stuff I can do to myself
looking to lose some fat and gain some muscle, of course. I had shoulder surgery about 5(ish) years ago, and ballooned up to almost 250 lbs of loose blubberous ass.
Well, 5 years later, I think I have finally regained my ability to train (For the most part), so here's my starting point.
6 weeks from now, hopefully I'll look back on these pics and laugh.
1) I know I'm chubby.
2) I might have teen gyno.
3) Yes, that is a pile of loose skin and stretch marks on my lower abs
4) No, I have no
symmetry due to the shoulder surgery. My arms and delts are all crooked, as is my boobies/pecs
5) I am completely unable to capture anything resembling a back shot, as I am photographically challenged.
Here's me. Dont' laugh too hard. :P
