I changed my routine to:
Chest, Legs abs, Arms, Back/Shoulders.
Sometimes i seperated back and shoulders. Rested when needed.
Measurements:
Chest- 40"
Shoulders- 50 1/2"
Arms- 15 3/4", 15 1/2" (left/right)
Forearms- 12.6"
Neck- 16.5"
Waist- 33 7/8"
Quads- 24.5", 25" (left/right)
Calves- 16.5", 16.3" (left/right)

What Im Lifting: (not 100% accurate, log will prove itself far more accurate)
Flat Barbell 185 x 9 205 x 5 all PR's last session, good improvement
Squat 225 x 8 275 x 3 maybe 4
Deadlift 385/405 Max; hands are hurtin, getting gloves to block off sweat finally, lifts should go up
Ez Bar Curls 80 x 8 90 x 6 all PR's todays session, good improvement

Any suggestions on improvements, what you've noticed, bodyfat estimate, etc. Please be free to critique. And Yes, the back of my head (hair area) does have a christmas tree design. Thats how my hair is genetically... :< I feel like bulking up to 200, then cutting or going super strict clean maintaining.
