Its definetely possible, hes a football player. My friend whose about 195, squats 365 x 10, and its not like he looks like an absolute monster. He also benches 225 atleast 8 times.
If i were you, I'd just work on the compound main lifts, Bench, deadlift, squat, and also add leg press, military press, and supplementary lifts. Your diet is very important. Just get stronger, and leaner. Keep running on the treadmill, and doing sprints or whatnot, to get you into shape and to get you faster, since I think you want to get serious about football. Afterwards, you have time to cut down and drop weight, but if I were you, I'd try to keep most of the weight, and just lose fat and keep in shape. I know some of the lineman look fat and chubby, but damn are they quick and in shape. Look isnt everything. Bodybuilders may look athletic, but some of em cant last a second running. I know when I faced a 300+ lbs lineman

who looked out of shape, he would dominate me.
