Hey mates,
first sry for my bad english, i'll try my best to communicate.
i started training at 5 / 2005 cause i had an injury in my right arm. i got 2 operations and i was very weakly if we did some exercises in my football club.
at the beginning i cut 4 kg, doing cardio.
after that i just wanted to become a little strength, i started hard training with eating-plan (lol!?) and i got some muscles. I trained till september, at the beginning i trained wrong but some people said i've got good genetics (cause of my fast gainbuilding and my broadly shoulders.they helped me and i had fun while training.
i stoped training at september cause of my religion.
in october i wanted to start again but i dont found my rhythmus.
i started last week training again because my fat% is going high.
at the start 74kg
yet 90kg
all of my classmates, friends and trainers say im looking much bigger but i think i must get more size, much say i should cut! i dunno what to do! plz look at my pictures and help me! im really enjoying bb but you know, if ure young youre in panic.
