im gonna say this as nice as possible.. im not gonna beat around the bush here..

first off.. you are progressing that is a definite.. so good job on that.. but in all honesty you need lots more work before you begin to compete.. you seem to be very young and have many years ahead of you.. i would suggest to really concentrate on bulking up so you give you muscles a chance to develope properly and mature... take your time.. dont rush into competing just yet.. sorry if this came out rude.. but I always say whats on my mind.. and I feel that this advice will help you.. forget abou leaning up for a while.. get to a good weight where you are comfortable with you mass.. then concentrate on leaning down and you will see that hard earned muscle

i didnt compete in a real contest i competed in an online contest... I did not cut at all for the pics
i started working out april 2005 at the wieght of 140 then by June i was up around 160 then around November i was up to 180 december up to 190 wrestling started and i went down to 185 because of the workload and ive been working my ass of to maintain the 185 and try and gain some wieght
