You like post your pics every month and there is like an overall contst(just like a real bb contest just through pics) and then a most improved. Its good motivation and lots of fun

right now im 6' 200 lbs and am traing to break a couple powerlifting world records


Im looking to break the 13-15 year old 181 lbs class deadlift world record and total world record(current deadlift record is 425 and current total world record is 1049)
im looking to pull around 500
