The game returns...plz plzz reply

Its been almost 4 weeks now since I started my winny dose (oral)... I have gained 2.5 kgs and increased my waist a bit too (which i will get back to where it was hopefully soon )

post winny the stats are-- waist is 29.6 inches… chest 45.4” and arms 17.1” ..

Plzzz plzz Please have a look and comment..will be turning 23 next june…

what should i do to lose a bit of fat from my abs. dont want to lose on size so i ms aying no to treadmill n runnning??
i m just doign crunches which isnt helping much...

yea i was gonna say, quite a bit of water retention there, is winny all that you are taking? nice v taper and just wondering your weight/height if possible?

I agre with the V taper - nice. Good size, but looks like you've got a definate "layer" all over which you're gonna need to cut if you wanna see abs and get some good definition. In my opinion, I can't really see a way round it other than cardio to get rid of it and bring out the cuts. Ab work alone won't get them to show through.

hmmm i think the layer is mainly in the gut section otehrwise its pretty goood.. just want to get rid of water from that gut region.
