The game returns...plz plzz reply

Its been almost 4 weeks now since I started my winny dose (oral)... I have gained 2.5 kgs and increased my waist a bit too (which i will get back to where it was hopefully soon )

post winny the stats are-- waist is 29.6 inches… chest 45.4” and arms 17.1” ..

Plzzz plzz Please have a look and comment..will be turning 23 next june…

what should i do to lose a bit of fat from my abs. dont want to lose on size so i ms aying no to treadmill n runnning??
i m just doign crunches which isnt helping much...
