I stick to a strict food regiment where fish and chicken breast comprise of the basics of what i eat.
generally speaking i eat 2 pounds of chicken breast everyday or so.
Since i am still studying, i get alot of time to hit up my muscles after school.
I dont juice up , because i believe muscles should be earned the hard way
btw. sites like muscle mania,
animal pak, and body building dungeons are some of the sites which helped me with my training.
