Hi, i am a junior and i have been bodybuilding for 2 years, natural .

I stick to a strict food regiment where fish and chicken breast comprise of the basics of what i eat.
generally speaking i eat 2 pounds of chicken breast everyday or so.
Since i am still studying, i get alot of time to hit up my muscles after school.

I dont juice up , because i believe muscles should be earned the hard way
btw. sites like muscle mania, animal pak, and body building dungeons are some of the sites which helped me with my training.

It seems the only replies you have gotten are congratulations so I will be the first to critique you since that is what you want! I can already tell you are serious with your diet and you train hard with your one-rep max info so here it is:

1) You have a strong lower back but the development and striations aren't there. When you execute a rear double-biceps...the spinal erectors don't match with the lats and there isn't a clear separation of the 2 areas. Try incorporationg a lot of good mornings and hyperextentions using little or no weight but doing high reps.
The more you separate your lower back from the middle back...the better your rear poses will look!

2) Your trap development is great but you shouldn't get them so large that they dwarf your upper pecs. Make your upper chest a priority and see how much better your most-muscular pose will look!

3) Your abs are not flabby but lack definition. Don't fall into the trap of modern bodybuilders and think a 4-pack is all you need for competion. Abs are looked at the most by judges because they are a focal point of the human physique. You need to be doing abs EVERYDAY you work out and if you find yourself tired at the end of your workouts....don't schedule abs at the end. I always start off my workouts with abs then move to the weights. This way, you don't weasel out of doin them!

4) I hope you forgot to post pics of your legs! If you are just training your upper-body, then you have a LONG journey ahead of you my friend. Make sure you blast the legs as much (if not more) than your upper-body. If you don't, not only will you never be able to compete but you will be laughed at on the beach when girls call you "chicken legs".

OFF-TOPIC : when you say that your are a natural that means your get your nutrition from only natural foods and not whey etc. ?

I started bodybuilding when i was 15.

I didnt know anything about Bodybuilding then, in fact, i accidentally stumbled upon the gym in preparation for a race.After several workouts, i felt great ; with more strength and noticeably better physique.

At that time, I had no channels to understand more about the techniques or forms to better workouts, so i started searching on the net with the likes of muscle mania, bodybuilding.com and bodybuilding dungeon as well as a hold of the cult movie : pumping iron.

With more information , thats when i got hooked on to bodybuilding. Everyday after school, i would rush to nearby clubhouses to work on my body and this is basically how it all got started.

Ruf,

I'm glad to see you are training your legs! Even though you only posted a few pics, I can tell your calf development is lagging. Your calves should be the same size as your arms so blast those calves 3x per week! Also, you need to bring out the vastus lateralis more (outer sweep of the thigh). Try doing squats with a narrow stance and you will see a huge difference on you outer sweep. Your hamstrings are good but you need more separation of the quadriceps and hamstrings when you do a side pose. Make the line that separates the two muscle complexes look like a sword cut them! Other than that, if you improve on the areas I said, I don't think you will lose your first competition. Good luck!
