27 years old , 187cm for 112kg. training for 8 years.

training principaly on basic exercise: bench , dead , squat , chins , and other assistance exercise, four times a week.
i know i m fat but will start a serious cutting diet in march 2006.

110 kg for 187 cm.

arms: 47 cm .
chest: 132 cm.
legs: 73 cm.
waist : 90.

i used to be heavier in the past ( 136 kg and 51 cm arms, 141 cm chest, 82 legs.)
but many fat.
train with basic exercise : squat , dead , bench , rows.

i gain weight easy , but half in muscle and half in fat.
i eat low carbs all years ( 200 gr) , high prot; low fat.

huge back and arms! But as mentioned earlier, you need to work on your neck and also I think you need to train forearms alot more to be in symmetry with those hugs guns you have there! Awesome physique!
