WAZZZAAAUP now these 2 pics were taken on feb.20,2004 and right now am much much bigger...if u read this thread http://www.bodybuildingdungeon.com/f...ead.php?t=6155 u will no y i only posted these pics. but now that i no how 2 post pics am gonna post my current pics and post them in a couple of weeks... and now ill stop talking and here r the pics were i was around 216 (remember that i have a big ass legs) enjoy...

its kinda hard to tell from the pics.

and did you take a picture of yourself on tv? usually you can just stand in front of a mirror and snap a picture.

no bro these r old pics...wut i did is that i basicly connected my digital camera 2 the tv and took pics from the clip that was playing from the t.v...

hey Fahad.. its hard to tell in these pics.. but seriously man.. you look like a young Lou Ferigno in that first pic.. i think you have good genetics you just need to push them... you seem like a tall guy.. just keep putting on solid weight and youll see good things happen.. good luck man.

thx banshee...and q80 u wouldnt belive the progress that i made i mean after these pics wew taken i bulked up for 4 months went up 2 around 240 pounds then after i cut for 2 months and went down 2 215 pounds and this is were i lost alot of size and strenght because it was my first time doing this bulking and cutting phases thingy.....so then i bulked up up 2 310 pounds in 10 months which is from septemper 2004 till june 2005 and now i started cutting in july....but as i said b4 now that i have more knowledge so am doing my cutting phase slowly so that i dont loose alot of mass and strength....

If you can't digitize those tapes directly, try your camera again but this time darken the room and turn the flash off. Pause the VCR and set the camera on the edge of a table pointed at the screen. The reflection is the problem.

My sentiments EXACTLY...in that photo you submitted you look like your little over 150 pounds let alone 216!! I have serious doubts as to the vision of some of these people looking at your pictures. If I were to complement you I would say that you are looking rather cut, BUT you still look small. In little over a year I doubt you would have gone from that to 310 pounds unless you are completely and utterly fat so you have a lot to live up to in those pics you are promising.
