The Pro's use perfect form. Go to your gym and watch guys do squats. They can lift the same weight as the pro's if they cheat a bit/ lot. Plus not all of us start out as BBr's I developed a lot of strength from weight lifting and power lifting. Also Iv'e seen ruhl and coleman do them strict with 45kg in each hand in trainning vids.

My form does suck in laterals and most lifts but It has always served me well because I tend to have a lot of explosive strength. I could not do laterals strict form with no swing elbows straight and pinky turned out (like rhul demonstrates in made in germany) Thats pobably why my front delts are huge and rear needs desperate catching up

I'm sure most people on the site could do 75 lb lat raises, it's just a matter of what form you do them in. I use great form with them unless I am going extremely heavy. Bodybuilding is not about heavy weights.

I do have to admit my trainning form is a bit of Pwer liftin / bodybulding hybrid. I like liftin heavy and get the best results from it. It is all to do with how each individual responds. Look at Ronnie and Cutler. Chalk and cheese in trainning

Dude, since when do powerlifters use bad form? I powerlift/BB and I worked out with a few pro BBers and powerlifters. My last workout partner was a pro powerlifter for the longest time but got into BBing and never once do they sacrifice form for going heavy as shit.. its not how it works.

I mean you gotta look at it like this bro, sure even I can do 75lb lat raise with shit form, but what do you get out of it? Nothing but looking rediclious infront of people who know whats going on. Now why not just drop down 20-30lbs and do like 45lb and better form. I bet you it will feel easy for you and I'd be damn'd if you dont see better results.

Okay bro I can't talk for your trainning partner but I have competed in Weightlifting meets, Powerlifting meets and 2 Bodybulding comps I can only talk for myself. Everyone trains differently. The longer you train for the more you realise that we all have diff systems that works for the individual
