During a cut I would not be eating the oatmeal with sugar in it. I eat it everyday but I am bulking and it doesn't seem to do me any harm, but when I cut imma def eat the non-flavored ones. As for the bulking time I always eat the Peaches and Cream Oatmeal, YUM YUM!

like tupac said (i changed the words a little )

"Homie don't stress, you gotta keep ya head up even when the road is hard, never give up"

BBing is a hard sport. Takes true dedication, love, and will power. Seems you are on the right path. Push hard, never give up, and always remember what Ronnie says "Ain't nothin but a peanut" :Banane25:

Ever heard of a diet? You should be eating a lot cleaner. Try some type of protein like Ground Turkey, Tuna, egg whites, or chicken and for carbs only eat Oatmeal and/or yams. Combine these at each meal and you should notice a huge difference just in a few weeks. Aslo start doing cardio 3-4 times a week. I agree with the others- cut down and then focus on putting quality muscle mass on.

AND YOU WILL TELL THEM YES."

Being a Christian is like being a pumpkin. God lifts you up, takes you in, and washes all the dirt off of you. He opens you up, touches you deep inside and scoops out all the yucky stuff, including the seeds of doubt, hate, greed, etc. Then He carves you a new smiling face and puts His light inside you to shine for all the world to see.

Screw cutting down. It's winter time. Bulk up dude. Keep gaining weight and in the spring time do a cutting cycle. I have some pretty big stretch marks around my pecs/lats/biceps. It's not a big deal. I've gained about 30-40 lbs in the last year. If you are going to gain weight you are probably going to gain some fat with it too, but just keep it within a reasonable level and I think you'll be just fine. What's your current workout routine look like, along with the weights/sets/reps you are getting?
Keep up the good work. Pics didn't look bad.

serbmarko....u can go F ur self!!

in simple terms...as far as my training routine goes, i got for 5-6 sets stacking up till i can only get 6 reps. and i do about 1-2 warm-ups before my sets. i can post a detail one but i never stick to the same thing. i change it around all the time.
