I take vitamin shoppe's cheap ass creatine monohydrate (1000g), Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Protein in Cookies and Cream flavor (5lb tub), and NOW's L-Arginine Powder (2 lb), and ZMA by Optimum Nutrition. My arms cold are almost 17", I rounded, they are really 16.75"...so when I'm on a pump they measure a little over 17". They'll be 17 soon. I have to take some arm shots soon...I take a lot of back shots because that's my freakiest bodypart.
