hey.. I just took some new pics with my shitty web cam and some of the pics are darker then the others beacuse the lighting is also very bad in this room..but you can still see..so tell me what you think..and advise is always good too..thanks guys..

Yeah but thats just body fat %......a little cutting would fix that really quick. Guarantee you have the six pack there just waiting to come out, you definitely have good muscle mass!

thanks..you look very good also...I got like 9.5 % body fat or something..I am 6 foot and weigh about 190...I thought that when you get to about 10% you are suposed to see that six pac??I some what see it.but its not showing the way it is suposed to..and I really dont want to lose weight either because I am trying like hell to gain weight..my goal is to be over 200lbs in a few months..
