hey.. I just took some new pics with my ****ty web cam and some of the pics are darker then the others beacuse the lighting is also very bad in this room..but you can still see..so tell me what you think..and advise is always good too..thanks guys..

Yeah but thats just body fat %......a little cutting would fix that really quick. Guarantee you have the six pack there just waiting to come out, you definitely have good muscle mass!

thanks..you look very good also...I got like 9.5 % body fat or something..I am 6 foot and weigh about 190...I thought that when you get to about 10% you are suposed to see that six pac??I some what see it.but its not showing the way it is suposed to..and I really dont want to lose weight either because I am trying like hell to gain weight..my goal is to be over 200lbs in a few months..

I think Mared83 means you need to bring your chest up a little. It might just be the lighting but just doesn't seem on a par with such huge arms and delts! You're looking real good though dude!

thanks..I like what I saw on your site..you are in great shape and you are very hot.

..and yes I know its not all about the guns lol..but I hate working on my legs because I had Surgery on my knee a few years back and that makes things harder..I have been trying to get more hardcore on my legs lately and its paying off.. I am getting them alot stronger and there starting to get more defined but I have along way to go...I tired to take pics of them but the lighting in here really sucks..and you cant see them that well..

thanks man..I dont know about the future jay cutler though..he is insane..I say him repping with 100 lb dbs on a video..

I have some leg pics..but there not anything special..my quads have some mass but there not very cut..I got to work on them harder..I have a bad knee so it makes it tuff on leg day..
