Thanks guys. Man you are all much cooler than some other boards. I posted the exact same post at bodybuilding.com and they seem like the dont know what the hell there talking about. They said I got fatter and its not much progress for a year. lol. I gained 40lbs and dropped 1-2% bf. Ill be sticking around here instead of bb.com. thanks again.

so u like it better when people say what u want them to say? if someone say that u have small arms or somethin else do u hate that person then and maybe avoid him? think u have improved very well but you have to learn to take som bad critique to..

i dont think he dosnt take bad critique he's just not blind and he has got great improvements and wanna hear something right...... keep it up bro

thanks guys. Its not that I cant take critisism at all. I would rather have positive critisism though. Like "bring up your chest" or "your carrying too much bf", Not "thats pathetic for one year, I could have done better". Thats just stupid.
