now i totally messed this shot up my tris are alot bigger they seam to peak out towrds the side when i do this pose but to take the webcam shot i used my toe to click the mouse and well you get this weird lookin pic

Arms look really good in first pic. Inner/upper chest looks like it needs a bit of work, but may be the light and weird angles! Still good though!

arms: just below 14 inchs

only been working out for about 9 months my arms were as big as my forearms now when i first started
