hey bro is there a golds gym in egypt and if so do u have any pics....and which gym is kinda like the most hight class type of gym in egypt is it the golds gym....cuz i used 2 live in egypt there for about 7 years and i didnt go for 5 years now but may b ill come by and visit very soon so i was looking for a clean high class kinda a gym in egypt...shookren...

hi man i can tell u, there is so many great gyms in Egypt, there is two great gyms i used to go one in maser el gedida its name is ( world gym ) and the other in el giza at the nile its name is ( golden gym ) they are so awesome try them and tell me ur opinion.

Chest is great but, don't forget the all important back. Your back need to be wide and thick.so when you do you front double bicep pose you can see your lats popout from the side.
