thanks guys. I just devised myself a new split for weakpoint training as i caught some sun outside(finally the clouds are away) 10-12 day cycle. Ill work it so i do hyperextensions 4 times over 10-12 days and deadlifts stiff or bent knee'd twice every 10-12 days
back (pulling) /bis/lowerback
chest (barbells and cables)/tris/abs
legs(stifflegged deadlifts)/lowerback
shoulders/abs Hypertrophy training- arnolds,seated laterals,rear raise,front raise,db shrugs etc.
rest 1 or 2 days
back(rowing,deadlifts)/bis/lowerback
chest(dumbells)/tris/abs
legs/lowerback
shoulders/abs Power day- pushpresses,standing laterals,jump shrugs,wide grip upright row etc.
rest 1 or 2 days
The details are irrelevant cause this isnt a training thread but Ive noted the changes i need to make so i thought id show u guys. Thanks big d man for the posing advice as well
