Naw man, I have crappy shoulder structure too.

You have good size, if you want to compete make Larry Scott your hero - he went all the way. Lateral raises out the ass! And lay off those traps a little!


BTW, hire a Exorcist for that possesion/red eye thing.

First of, very good base structure for an natural. Symetry wise, i'd say you're pretty good, your tris match your bic exetera. Your back seems at good width, alltho i can not see the thickness. A little work on your delts and more overall mass and you should be of to a good first competition.

cheers everyone . I have so much work to do. I took some leg shots and I just saw weaknesses. I hate my back more then anything. I always have to cover it up. I hope as I lose bodyfat it will give me confidents and that area will present better. And damn my back is just messed up. Its the ugliest back I've ever seen with the width camparison to the middle. I had to submit it in black and white cause it was so ugly.




back,calves,shoulders,chest just for aesthetics Sigh

yea lower back and shoulders need the most work

for lower back heavy deads, hyperextensions, and goodmornings


:)

and in that back lat pose dont step foward with the one leg, just step back and spike the calf. The other leg should be under you. Then lean back onto the leg that your spiking just a little tip make your posing a little better

Pics look good man - legs and back not bad at all! Definately need some shoulder width. Try dumbbell raises (dragging the dumbells up your sides as high as you can like a sort of upright row but for side delts!) Got good shape though!

thanks guys. I just devised myself a new split for weakpoint training as i caught some sun outside(finally the clouds are away) 10-12 day cycle. Ill work it so i do hyperextensions 4 times over 10-12 days and deadlifts stiff or bent knee'd twice every 10-12 days

back (pulling) /bis/lowerback
chest (barbells and cables)/tris/abs
legs(stifflegged deadlifts)/lowerback
shoulders/abs Hypertrophy training- arnolds,seated laterals,rear raise,front raise,db shrugs etc.
rest 1 or 2 days
back(rowing,deadlifts)/bis/lowerback
chest(dumbells)/tris/abs
legs/lowerback
shoulders/abs Power day- pushpresses,standing laterals,jump shrugs,wide grip upright row etc.
rest 1 or 2 days

The details are irrelevant cause this isnt a training thread but Ive noted the changes i need to make so i thought id show u guys. Thanks big d man for the posing advice as well

inncodently the most body changes have occured to me this year its all nutrition. Up until febuary 2005 my protein consumption was about 150 grams a day befor feb from 2004 and befor that i didnt supplement so it was less then 120 grams a day and now I take between 240 grams and 300 . But yeah slow and steady progress.

and my bad grammar... Im 20 yrs 4 months old thats what i was trying to write in the photo. HEHEHE

I want to do a dubbo contest in febuary and ive cleaned up my diet as of today no alcohol. Im going to try and go for shape as ill never have freaky mass on my 6 foot 3 frame. People expect me to compete this time so its all feet foward.

Oh and more about the photos i guess when i was 16 i did pushups and chinups but not many just enough to stop me from getting smashed at rugby. And I Was doing leg extensions as early as 13 cause I thought it would help me get into the backline in rugby haha. I was doing leg extensions with 100 pounds at 13 because my 7 yrs older brother had a massive upperbody and no legs and i wanted to be the oppisite. That eventually died and i started never training legs like everyone else. inspiring the only train biceps and chest faze. then i trained all body or started to when i was 19. woooooo

Dude you have a good start just work on your posing(without the faces). You need to work on your shoulders, they need a lot of width, midsection, legs are coming good. Back needs width and the lower lats need work. Traps need work also. Arms definatley need work. Legs are your strong point it seems. Keep up the good work and work hard. YOU will need it with that height 6 foot 3 wow!
