At the start definitely.. but considering i put on 30kgs in 3 years i would say my body adapted to it and responded fairly well...

Unfortunatley those pics were taken after my first comp and i lost 20kg's for it which was way too much...

i was 105kg and went down to 85kg on game day which in turn made me look flat and small... but since then after only a week and a half i have gained 12kg's.

personally, i believe i look better now than on comp day, but i guess you live and learn.... it just makes you more hungry to improve and do better!
