Hey all, here's a couple of pics I took the other day since I've started training properly again for the past couple of months. I'm 6' 1", not sure on weight - I'll get back on that.
Could do with some tips for bringin up chest and thighs - struggling in my garage gym to find a squat replacement other than deadlifts!
Plus, any good suggestions to aid someone with a super fast metabolism to gain weight!
Any criticism will be appreciated (i'll just cry myself to sleep!)
Also, excuse the hair - it was a dare to get it done like Mr T. I've got rid of it and the beard now.

Looking great Rocky! Nice arms. :)

What about Single Leg Split Squat for Quads?? Obviously its hard to replace squats but I think these hit your quads pretty well. You can do them with dumbells also. The below link has a video and description:

Any ideas on bringin up chest - keep getting a plateau on bench, whether it be close grip, bar-bell, dumbbell, incline, flat, decline, but will I get growing results with dips and flyes? Hope you're all well, speak soon!

Thanks for the comments! Trust me - there's a reason I'm covering my legs - major weak area! I only do this for personal pleasure and to challenge myself - I should appreciate the fact I've got ok conditioning, but that's just cos' I struggle to put on weight so I always look like this - makes it really hard to get big though! Can't wait till I'm middle aged so my metabolism slows down - I may get a pot belly yet! ( God I hope not!)

hahaha BEST~ HAIR ~ EVER! oh and great physique ur chest ****s all over mine so do ur arms. When i used to train at home id clean a weight and just do front squats for legs. it was pretty groovy i still value front squats above anything else. Oh walking dumbell lunges u could do as well

Might give walking lunges a crack - doing power luinges at mo, but no doubt I'll hit a plateau soon so will swap to walking version then. Only prob about any form of squat is getting the weight up to start! Don't know if I can clean the weight I used to use for squats up! Still, some is better than none I suppose. Thanks for the comments about the pics - It was just carefully positioned lighting!!

Thanks for the comments people (excluding JornT of course!)

De Battre - My chest routine along with all my other training is all in my log in the log section! :)

I really don't like looking at these pictures now - and not just because of the tramp style beard and Mr T hairdo!
When I'm a bit bigger (a lot bigger - if my bulking ever works!!) I might venture some more pics!
At least it will give people a bit more to butcher with photoshop!

You look to be in great shape. I recommend:
1) shaving the mohawk (sorry)
2) incline bench presses for chest (didn't check your log)
3) posting pics of different poses, such as front double bi or a back shot

Miniduck cheers for the feedback. Just for the record:

1. No more mohawk - was only a joke and it lasted 4 days! :)
2. Incline bench first in my chest session always! (at least for quite a while now anyway)
3. Hate the pics I've posted now - I look too small! Will post pics in the not too distant future (hopefully!) when I look better!
