I think unfortunately the chest stuff is genetic so success might be limited, but i would probably assault the Pec Deck in a big way, maybe try some decline dumbbell flyes.
If you are already doing these, sorry, your log is like 25 pages!
For mass, i am not sure what you can do beyond what you are doing already. Genetics man... thems the brakes...but many have kicked ass nevertheless!
