Don't worry man, you're not too small. I'm impressed. Bulk up now and cut down for the summer if you want to get bigger. You're natural, correct?

Haha. IV's were annoying when I was in the hospital for surgery. Be thankful for your fast metabolism. As for gaining more weight, I assume you're eating enough, so just cheat more often?

Eating 6 - 7 times a day. Supplementing with Whey and I cheat a fair bit!!:) I guess we always want what we haven't got in this game!

Hey Rock, from the pic that appears with robcardu's posts it looks like your chest isn't lagging that badly in terms of mass (though of course more mass always helps!). What i think is more urgent is adding some 'width'. What movements can do that i am not sure... I'll have a look at your log now.

Remember, there is no tomorrow Rock!!!!!!!

Rock, you gotta use muscles you don't even know you have!

I think unfortunately the chest stuff is genetic so success might be limited, but i would probably assault the Pec Deck in a big way, maybe try some decline dumbbell flyes.

If you are already doing these, sorry, your log is like 25 pages!

For mass, i am not sure what you can do beyond what you are doing already. Genetics man... thems the brakes...but many have kicked ass nevertheless!

Try this: next time you are benching imagine Burgess Meredith is standing over you, poised to call you a bum if you don't pump out that next rep! Success is assured!!!!

another thought rocky, a good workout is never wasted, you may be training for mass and the scales may not be tipping for you but every workout adds on the much coveted muscle maturity. your muscles are getting denser and fuller every time you hit them. alot of bodybuilders dont nec. get bigger to get better. remember bro.. change your workouts often... keep your body guessing!

Thanks for the input De Battre - definately an idea thinking of Mickey. lol!! Maybe think of myself pushing Thunderlips up over my head!!

And thanks to you too Ryan - I know what you mean. And it's something I'm actually starting to notice. The shape is getting better and the muscle fibres are getting more noticeable in a good way! I think so anyway! These last 4 months since posting those pics have seen some improvement I think! Which is the first time in ages!!!!

Possibly down to some harder training with a little support and encouragement from your mate eh Rocky???
