3 Weeks into lifting

This is me before I started to lift. (Never picked up weights before. I would just run and run)
23 Years old
5'9" Tall
155lbs

This is me 3 weeks into my beginning stages of lifting.
23 Years old
5'9" Tall
166lbs (Where is my weight at? I don't look like I weigh that much)

gaining 10 lbs in 3 weeks is really good.. so your definetely on the right track.. do you have specfic goals? or do you just want to be in better shape?

My goal is to out grow every shirt I own. LOL On a serious note my goals in a nut shell are to get bigger, get stronger, and not get compliments on my skinnyness anymore. I'd say I'm in good shape so I won't use that one.

ok man well if thats your goal.. i would suggest you eat as much as you can.. get those solid foods in.. STEAK.. the most anabolic substance on the market is food.. just keep lifting and eating.. maybe get some more info on certain lifting programs if you dont have one at the current time.. good luck
