iv got a quite a bit of fat so be nice, i was a bit chubby whe i went on my bulk, i know i should of went on a cut first but i wanted to put on some muscle b4 i cut for some reason hehe. i'v got 3 weeks left out of my 12week bulk and iv put on 17pounds, not all muscle of course any feedback would be nice on theese pics! thx

Keep working! Your legs and upper body dont look like they match(your legs look further along). Enjoy the last three weeks of the bulk......keep posting pics!

jep great fundation, time to get a little bit leaner or bulk till spring an than lose weight... but keep in mind not to gain too much fat its easier to gain fat than get lose it.

id say you cut a bit but go for more quality muscle.. your muscle doesnt seem mature, but reduce the fat and pump hard and youll see what your package will look like..

my arms are just over 16" but theres quite a big of fat there so maybe not dat big without da fat:) will keep ya all posted lads, thx again!
