This is me putting up 50's for incline press. I can bench 205 flat but I hurt my shoulder and First time back was this picture. I was struggling with 185. So it might take me few weeks to get back into it. Warning to others make sure to stretch I didn't I paid for it.

well i'm currentely on house arrest. Expected off date March 30th unless I get on parole in december then imma hit the gym up. I miss it so much

i'm probably approaching 4-5 month mark and wasn't eating good in beginning so yeah not expecting much. Now if in 2 year i'm still small you have permission to fill a sock with a golf ball and whack me over the head.
