Best bodypart are my legs as you can see but i only train them once every 3 weeks.

Chest:Incline=325lbs, Flat=412lbs
Leg press=1320lbs
DB Shoulder press=110lbs
competed 15 times over 14 yrs
best place: was winning my 2005 qualifier and 6th place in the 2005 NABBA british finals.
worst place:last place in my 1st contest.....oops
was paralysed from the waist down in 1996 so i unable to train back heavy duty...
plus i have a buetiful wife and 6yr old girl... |
