no negative feedback?? i think this is the most important feedback to let someone know he was training right or not! it doesn't make any sense when i tell a guy he's looking great when he looks like shit anyway.....

now something about the pics....IMO they are to dark to say something about the progress! try to get some better ones...

Just about nine months ago...( I just round it off to a year )

Weight: 127 lbs.
Bench: 115 lbs. for 8 reps (sad)
Squat: 135 lbs. for 8 reps
DB curl: 25 lbs.

Present day...as of 9/14/05

Weight: 168 lbs.
Bench: 185 lbs. for 8 reps (better)
Squat: 405 lbs. (max)
DB curl: 40 lbs. (barely 8 reps) :0:

I agree...but in that case don't leave feedback...I just wanted to show my progress. Maybe I should have said NO feedback...but I thought you could figure it out for yourself. I love bodybuilding and I just wanted to show how far I have come from a year ago...I'm not pretending like I'm huge...so I hope that the post did not come off that way.

I just don't want to get beat down like all these other guys that show their pics on this site.

I'm a sensitive guy. lol

And sorry about the horrible pics...more will come soon.
However...despite the low quality...I hope you can see the difference in the before and afters. That's all I wanted to show.
Believe me, I'm not bodybuilder material yet, and I know that.

Damn... pictures still arent that great but you can definetly tell the difference. Keep up the good work man. You went from puny to good sized... in only 9 months, impressive.

Yeah I want to try to put on 10 more lbs. by the end of this year...
Jay Cutler put on 50 lbs. his first year of training...so I am trying to do the same.

127 to 168...10 more lbs...i can taste it!

No offense but you cant really tell anything from those pictures... the first 2 pictures are looking identical except for the face expression and haircut... you cant really see if you made any gains with those shots.

good luck and if you dont want criticizm just dont post pics on the net, usually people post pictures to hear about their strong sides/weak points in order to develop them.
