ive found the training splits of Jay Cutler,Dexter Jackson,Victor Martinez and Gustavo Baddell and my plan is to do 1 every week at random so my muscle dont adapt and get used to a particular order.Im taking Body Fortess Creatine Cap...it say take 3 before my workout and 3 after...do you think i should take 1 on my off day just to make sure theres anough creatine in my body??? i havent tried this yet as is i dont want 2 try doin anythin like that without getting peoples advise on here first.
