and as for the belly..im doing at least 100 crunches a day..and if i miss a day..i add 100 on to the amount i have to do the day after.

u need to bulk .. right now your name says biggie but it should say smallie..lol j/k

just read up on bulkin.. im sure theres some good info in the nutrition forum.

also doing all those crunches wont burn the fat around your belly.. spot reducing is a myyh.

I agree with Pain, id look into doing a clean bulk, with a bit of cardio on your off days.

ive found the training splits of Jay Cutler,Dexter Jackson,Victor Martinez and Gustavo Baddell and my plan is to do 1 every week at random so my muscle dont adapt and get used to a particular order.Im taking Body Fortess Creatine Cap...it say take 3 before my workout and 3 after...do you think i should take 1 on my off day just to make sure theres anough creatine in my body??? i havent tried this yet as is i dont want 2 try doin anythin like that without getting peoples advise on here first.

I can't say this enough.

Abs are made in the kitchen, not in the gym.

Everyone has abs, theres just a layer of fat on them. To get rid of that fat, you need to eat healthy and do cardio. Crunches just tone your abs.

Hit the treadmill son.
