Arms are prolly your best bodypart. Get a gymcard and train hard. I my self would start bulking and then cut. But if you have a hard time to get rid of fat it's probly best to get as clean bulk as possible.

ive got some dumbells but not very good ones...i wud get a gym membership but money is a bit tight at the moment.

How do i cut after bulking?

just bulk up bro for now like for 4 months...like increase your calories and train for max hypertrophy which is in the 8-12 rep range ...u can also include 6-8 reps which is good for both strength and hypertrophy and reps under 6 will make u stronger...but for the most part u have 2 eat like a horese....and keep cycling your trainiong...and last but not least is 2 listen 2 your body...readthis it will help...

does ne1 know any really good routines for effective bulking??
