hey guys .. this is my images .. before i post them .. i want u to hear my stroy .. before 3 years i was nothing .. LoooL .. i was 130 kilo grams of fat ass .. and i tried to lose wait but i gave up .. and everyone said to me that i can't lose wieght .. then i took the challenge and i started my diet .. it was simple .. No food and no eat LoooL .. i really didn't know every thing about nutrition or training .. then i've joined a gym .. and i was spending 2 hour of doing 1 hour of cardio ,aerbics , swimming and again an hour cardio .. imagine that happened everyday except friday .. i left the gym everyday and i felt dizzy and don't have energy to hold my body .. and still insist not to eat .. the only thing i was eating it, is fruit and whole wheat bread .. after this torture and laborious train .. i have been lost 55 kilo in only 3 months .. loool .. i was 75 kilo skinny guy .. then someone advise me to begin lifting wieghts .. and that was in end of 2002 .. i don't take it seriously cause i was thought that is useless .. and bodybuilding it's such a waste of time ( that is everybody's thought in publics society ) and i was hesiteted cuz the sport has bad reputation :(:( .. anyway .. in some day i was training my back and i ask the trainer about the muscles and what are the muscle that involved in this exersice ( it was lat pulldown ) .. and he started tell me and he said latisumes and trapezious .. then i've been nut :) .. i told to my self what did he say ?? .. after that i realized that it's all about science and i begin reading everything related to the sport .. Fortunately i've anatomy book and i read it .. after that i falled in love with BodyBodying and start to tell people the truth of this sport and the aim of it .. and what does it make me that make me proud for my self .. sorry for make u read a lot .. i just want to tell u my story :) .. and for give me if there is any english mistake :)
