Ok .. this clip has been captured last week .. In the morning of the compition .. it was before i tan my self with self tan lotion .. so could u plz guys post your openion of my back .. it was a rear lat spread

Yea, the back looks good. But you need to improve the poseing itself.

btw: You habe to use your DVD-Player-Software to view the mpg. don't work with mediaplayer oder winamp :(

thx very much tech for convert the file .. and fahad .. i took third position .. i wasn't care about the place .. but i'm so glad i gained the experience of it .. it's really different when you step on the stage .. it was great feeling .. i will post my pics pretty soon
