hey guys, long time since ive been on this website, due to the fact that ive been spending all my time in the gym :p

for about 1,5 year ago i posted some pictures of how i looked at the time, ill post them again for all of you who did not see them or does not remember :)

Your upper pecs and your calfs, from what I can see in that picture anyway. You don't have too many weak points to be honest; your body has good symmetry and size.

I agree with Paul regarding upper chest and calves though overall you have very god symetry. This is probably not the kind of feedback you are looking for, but in your side chest pose you should push your front leg back against the back to make the front leg spread.

thx alot egotrip, im planning to compete in 2011, so thanks for the tip at my side chest pose :)

i will hit the calf's extra hard and my upper chest to, sometimes it can be hard to see your own weak sides when u look at your body all day long hehe :p..
