hi..im new to this forum and just wanted to post a pic of me, i dunno if this is the right place tho...

anyways im 18 and 170lb and iv been training for 2 year (only 1 yr seriously)
with no supplements just protien powder. plz tell me what u think...good or bad.

Looks good, I like your back the best, it has a lot of thickness and looks pretty wide. I would say you look more like 175 from the back than 170. The front, the waist looks kinda big, maybe you just ate a big meal or it was a bad pic so I won't judge too much on it. Your chest looks great. So everything looks great and the only advice I can give is to work on your front and medial deltoids, and watch your waist. What are you cycling (roids?) with right now?

Very good physique but you shouldn't be cycling at your age. Anyways, there is absolutely no need to use deca right now. You're good to go with a 10-12 weeks sustanon only and maybe some d-bol to kickstart the cycle.
